The Royal Museums for Art and History attach a lot of importance to the quality of the services they offer. However you do have a comment relating to the museum you can let us know it. We shall do everything possible to avoid similar complaints in the future. An acknowledgment of receipt will systematically be sent to you and you will receive a personal answer within the 30 days.
