Complaints
The Royal Museums for Art and History attach a lot of importance to the quality of the services they offer. However you do have a comment relating to the museum you can let us know it. We shall do everything possible to avoid similar complaints in the future. For a good treatment of your complaint may we ask you to download the form, to fill it in and to send it by e-mail to secr.direction@kmkg-mrah.be or mail to the secretariat, Museum Art & History, Cinquantenaire Park 10, 1000 Brussels? An acknowledgment of receipt will systematically be sent to you and you will receive a personal answer within the 30 days.
